Terms
Last updated 16 October 2026 · Trial version
These terms cover your use of the Decision Rooms trial. By opening or joining a room you agree to them.
The trial
- The trial is free. Features may change, and the trial may pause or end; we'll tell room owners before we end it.
- The service is provided as it is, without promises that it will always be available or free of errors.
Decision support, not advice
- Decision Rooms helps you think a decision through. It does not give legal, financial, medical or other professional advice, and it does not replace a licensed adviser.
- The analysis can be wrong or incomplete, and facts from the web can be out of date. Check what matters before you act.
- The room owner makes the decision and is responsible for it.
Your content
- You keep ownership of what you put into a room. You allow us to store and process it, including with the providers named in our Privacy page, only to run the service for you.
- Only upload files and information you have the right to share with the people you invite.
Fair use
- Use Decision Rooms lawfully. Don't use it to harass anyone, to collect other people's data without their permission, or to plan anything illegal or harmful.
- Don't try to read other people's private answers, access rooms you weren't invited to, or overload the service.
- Room owners decide who to invite and are responsible for sharing their invite link with care. Anyone with the link can join while it is valid.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions made using Decision Rooms or for indirect losses arising from the trial.
